Hiring Process in APM Terminals

The majority of job vacancies in APM Terminals are posted on the APM Terminals and A.P. Moller - Maersk website.

Once you have submitted your resume via the APM Terminals website or A.P. Moller- Maersk website, it will be reviewed by an APM Terminals HR Consultant. If you possess the required experience and qualifications, you will be invited for a first round interview.

At APM Terminals, we strongly believe that the suitability of a candidate cannot solely be evaluated based on a candidate's resume. Therefore, an essential part of our recruitment process is to gather a personal impression by inviting all candidates who meet the qualifications and experience as outlined in the job description.

During the first interview you will complete two recruitment assessments and meet with an HR Consultant as a prerequisite for all potential Maersk company employees.

The HR Department, in accordance with the responsible manager, will shortlist candidates based on the outcome of the first interviews and invite all short listed candidates for a second interview.

Once the final candidate has been selected, the manager responsible for the position or the Human Resources Department will extend a written offer to the successful candidate.

Disclaimer: The above process may vary  i.e. in some regions, a third round of interviews may take place,  taking into considerations varying international legal requirements.
